腹部鈍的外傷後に腎梗塞を来した1例

RENAL INFARCTION AFTER ABDOMINAL TRAUMA

　当院で腹部打撲後に腎梗塞および膵損傷を来した1例を経験したので報告する。

　症例は57歳男性。パイプで左側腹部を打撲して受傷。腎茎部損傷疑いおよび膵損傷で左腎摘出および膵部分切除施行。摘出腎の病理組織診断は腎梗塞であった。

　腎動脈が椎体と鈍器との間で挫滅したことが原因と考えられた。

A 57-year-old man visited our hospital with the chief complaints of hematuria and left flank pain after abdominal trauma. CT revealed "rim sign" on the left kidney and pancreatic injury. Nephrectomy and partial pancreatectomy was performed. Pathological findings of kidney revealed renal infarction.

33 cases of the traumatic renal infarction, including this case, are reviewed in literature.
