前立腺粘液癌の1例

MUCINOUS ADENOCARCINOMA OF THE PROSTATE: A CASE REPORT

　症例は77歳，男性。尿閉状態にて受診。前立腺生検の結果，粘液癌の病理診断にて根治的膀胱前立腺全摘出術を施行したが術後8か月目に．播種性血管内凝固症候群に併発したクモ膜下出血にて死亡した。前立腺原発の粘液癌はきわめて稀であり，通常型腺癌とは骨転移，前立腺腫瘍マーカーの上昇が少ない点，ホルモン，放射線感受性が低い点などを異にする。

Mucinous adenocarcinoma of the prostate is one of the least common type among prostatic carcinoma. To date, only 24 cases of prostatic adenocarcinoma have been reported in our country. The authors recently experienced this type of prostatic adenocarcinoma, in a 77 year -old male treated with cystoprostatectomy. Pathological diagnosis was mucinous adenocarcinoma of the prostate, stage D₂, T4N1, MO. Serum PAP was not elevated. Recently to rule out the metastatic involvement of mucinous adenocarcinoma from the other organ, the efficacy of immunohistochemical staining technique has been emphasized.
