76歳，男性．主訴は肉眼的血尿．1年5ヵ月前に肺癌（扁平上皮癌）にて右肺上葉切除を施行されている．CTにて右腎上極に5cm大の腫瘤を認めた．根治的腎摘除術を施行し，病理組織は扁平上皮癌であったため，肺癌の腎転移と診断した．肺癌の腎転移は本邦27例目と思われる．
A 76-year-old male complained of gross hematuria. He had right upper lobectomy for squamous cell carcinoma of the bronchus one year and five months previously. CT scan revealed a right renal tumor. Right radical nephrectomy was performed and pathological studies verified metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the bronchus. A total of 27 cases of metastatic renal tumor from pulmonary cancer are reviewed.
