緒言
組織球に由来する良性・悪性腫瘍が泌尿性殖器領域に発生することは稀である。われわれは精索より発生したと思われる多形態線維性組織球腫の1例を経験したので報告する。
The patient was a 70-year old man who complained of painless mass of the right scrotal content. Right orchiectomy was done for suspected epididymal tumor.
Pathological findings was pleomorphic fibrous histiocytoma. The patient is well without any signs of recurrence or metastasis 7 months after the operation.
