27歳，男性。単車事故直後，両側精巣は陰嚢内に存在したが，その後に右精巣転位症が発生した。表在性鼠径部転位であり，観血的に整復固定した。
A 27-year old man fell down from his motorbike. Soon after the accident, both testes were confirmed inthe scrotum. One week later however, the right testis was absent in the scrotum but present in the rightinguinal region. Surgical replacement of the right testis was performed successfully.
