細径多機能切開用内視鏡の臨床応用

A NEW SURGICAL ENDOSCOPE FOR ENDOUROLOGY

　種々の切開機能を有する細径多機能切開用内視鏡（13.5F）を考案し，その臨床応用を行った。本スコープは小児から成人の腎盂形成術，成人の下部尿管切開術，ならびに，小児から成人の尿道切開術などの尿路形成術に使用可能であり，臨床応用性の高い切開用内視鏡であると考えられた。

We developed a new surgical endoscope for various endoscopic operations, including endopyelotomy in 6 adult and 3 pediatric patients, endoureterotomy of the lower ureter in 5 adults, and urethrotomy in 3 adult and one pediatric patients. The scope is 13.5 F and the length of a straight forward telescope (0°) is 295 mm. Despite the small size of the scope, a half-round cold knife with a 3 F channel for guidewires, sickle and arrowhead cold knives and a cutting or coagulating electrode (L-type) can be used. Forceps (5F) and electrodes (5 F) are also accepted by the scope.
