　前立腺癌のエストロゲン療法中に両側性転移性乳腺腫瘍の見出された1例を報告した。本例においては，特殊染色による前立腺性酸フォスファターゼ，前立腺特異抗原がともに陰性であつたが，他に原発となる腫瘍が見出せないこともあり，臨床的には前立腺原発が疑われた。

Clinically diagnosed breast metastasis from prostatic carcinoma is rare. A patient 65 year-old man who presented with bilateral breast malignancies in the course of his prostatic carcinoma is described. Difficulties always arise in differentiating primary lesions from metastasis clinically and histopathologically. In our case prostatic metastasis was not confirmed by immunocytochemical demonstration of prostatic acid phosphatase and prostatic specific antigen, but from the clinical point of view prostatic origin was highly suspected.
