膀胱神経線維腫の1例

A CASE OF BLADDER NEUROFIBROMA

　50歳，男性．主訴は肉眼的血尿．3年3ヵ月前，排尿困難を訴え来院，膀胱鏡で膀胱腫瘍を指摘されたが放置していた．膀胱鏡で，膀胱底より内腔に突出する表面平滑な腫瘤病変を確認．CTでも，膀胱後壁より内腔に球状に突出する充実性腫瘤を認めた．膀胱全摘術施行，病理学的検索にて神経線維腫の診断を得た．

A 50-year-old male visited our hospital complaining of macroscopic hematuria. He had been previously pointed out a vesical tumor by cystoscopic examination when he had first visited our hospital complaining dysuria 3 years and 3 months before, but he had not accepted further examinations. Cystoscopic examination revealed a non-papillary bulky tumor which protruded from vesical floor covered with nearly tumor without findings of any extravesical infiltrations. Simple cystectomy was carried out. Histological diagnosis was neurofibroma. We reviewed 10 cases of bladder neurofibromas experienced in Japan including our case.
