- Abstract 文献概要
17歳のとき脊損となつた34歳男性，1986年陰茎の腫脹および陰茎包皮の黒色変化を訴え，1986年5月15日当院救急外来受診した。入院後10日目で亀頭部は壊死に陥り，残存壊死部分を切除した。本邦での陰茎絞扼症は自験例を含め60例である。われわれは年齢，動機と絞扼物との関係および合併症などについての考察を試みた。
A 34-year-old male who had spinal cord injury at the age of seventeen years, visited the emergercy department of our hospital on May 15, 1986, because of edematous swelling of the penis and black change of the penile prepuce. The glans of penis developed necrosis, which was subsequently amputated. Sixty cases of incarceration of the penis, including our case, were reported in Japan. We studied the age distribution, the relationship between the motive and the constricting object and the complication.
