陰茎神経線維腫の1例

A case of penile neurofibroma

　32歳，男性。陰茎腫瘤を主訴に来院した。陰茎腹側に32×16mmの腫瘤であった。腫瘤は，周囲皮膚と同様の色調で，可動性は良好で弾性硬，無痛性であり，白膜に付着していた。超音波検査上，腫瘍は均一な低エコー域で描出され，周囲との境界も明瞭であった。腫瘍摘出術を施行し，病理検査にてS-100蛋白陽性を確認し，神経線維腫と診断した。術後の経過も順調であり，再発，機能障害も認めていない。

　We report a rare case of a solitary neurofibroma of the penis shaft in a 32-year-old man complained of a mass of penis. Clinical feature such as duration of growth and appearance of tumor suggested benign tumor,except for larger size of the tumor. An ultrasound examination showed low echoic lesion with clear marginal edge. An extirpation was performed. The histological examination with immunological staining of positive S-100 protein was neurofibroma. No recurrence was seen after excision.
