膀胱腫瘍を併発した後腹膜孤立性神経線維腫

RETROPERITONEAL SOLITARY NEUROFIBROMA WITH BLADDER CANCE: A CASE REPORT

　47歳男性。人間ドックの直腸指診で直腸右側に腫瘤を触知し入院精査。膀胱鏡にて膀胱腫瘍の併発を認めた。神経線維腫はvon Recklinghausen病に合併してみられることが多く，後腹膜に孤立性に発生することは極めて稀である。文献上，孤立性の神経線維腫と悪性腫瘍の合併頻度に関して報告はなく，当症例においても偶然同時期に発見されたと考えられる。

A 47-year old man was admitted to our hospital because of a tumor found by digital, rectal examination at the annual medical checkup. Cystoscopy showed a papillary tumor, which was resected and histological finding revealed the transitional cell carcinoma. And then retroperitoneal tumor was resected, and histological find-ing revealed the neurofibroma. According to the litera-ture, solitary neurofibroma seems to be unrelated to transitional cell carcinoma. In this case, solitary neurofi-broma and transitional cell carcinoma may incidentally occurred at the same time.
