経皮的尿管閉塞術の1例

A CASE OF VESICOVAGINAL FISTULA TREATED WITH PERCUTANEOUS URETERAL OCCLUSION

　38歳，女性．尿失禁を主訴として婦人科より紹介．卵巣腫瘍の手術と子宮頸癌に対する放射線療法の既往歴があり，直腸腟瘻のため人工肛門が造設されていた．右腎の無形成があり，左の単腎に対して閉塞用シリコンを使用した経皮的尿管閉塞術を施行した．この直後より尿失禁は完全に消失し，術後約10ヵ月の現在も経過は良好である．

A 38-year-old woman was referred to our clinic because of an urinary incontinence. She had the pasthistory of the operation for ovarian tumor and radiation therapy for carcinoma of the uterine cervix. And shehad already undergone colostomy for rectovaginal fistula. Right kidney was aplastic. Therefore. per-cutaneous ureteral occlusion technique using the silicone olive was performed. Urinary incontinencedisappeared immediately and a quality of life was also improved. The follow-up period in now about 10months, and the patient is completely dry.
