プローリンメッシュを用いて傍ストーマヘルニア修復術を行った1例

Repair of a parastomal hernia using prolene mesh

　症例は71歳，男性。根治的膀胱摘除術および回腸導管造設術後1年頃より回腸導管周囲の腹部膨隆に悩まされていた。傍ストーマヘルニアの診断にてプローリンメッシュを用いた修復術を施行した。術中および術後の合併症を特に認めず，術後27か月間再発も認めていない。本術式は傍ストーマヘルニア根治術として有用と考えられた。

　A 71-year-old man one year after radical cystectomy complained of an abdominal bulge around the ileal conduit stoma.A CT scan revealed a parastomal hernia.We repaired the parastomal hernia using prolene mesh covering over the repaired hernia site.No recurrence was observed for 27months after the operation.This technique appears useful for repair of a parastomal hernia.
