老人保健施設における排尿障害の実態

EVALUATION FOR URINARY DISTURBANCE IN THE SKILLED NURSING HOME

　老人保健施設入所者97名を対象に，排尿障害の実態について検討した．日常生活動作（ADL）が悪いほど，排尿状態が悪く，尿失禁陽性率と尿路感染陽性率が高かった，痴呆のある患者では，ない患者に比べて排尿状態が悪く，尿失禁陽性率が高かった．

We evaluated urinary disturbance in 97 residents in the skilled nursing home. 64 % of the residents with poor activity of daily living had urinary disturbance and 84 % of those had urinary incontinence and 59 % of those had urinary tract infection. 77 % of the residents with dementia had urinary disturbance and 88 % of those had urinary incontinence.
