膀胱マラコプラキアの1例

A CASE OF MALACOPLAKIA OF THE URINARY BLADDER

　45歳，女性．主訴は肉眼的血尿．超音波検査にて膀胱内に腫瘤を認め，膀胱腫瘍の診断のもとに経尿道的腫瘍切除術を施行した．肉眼的には灰白色の腫瘤を認めた．病理組織学的には典型的なMichaelis-Gutmann小体を有しており，膀胱マラコプラキアと診断した．本例は，本邦報告例の69例目である．

A case of malacoplakia of the urinary bladder in a 45-year-old woman with the chief complaint of macrohematuria was reported. Ultrasonic examination revealed a mass formation in the left wall of the bladder. Transurethral resection was performed under the diagnosis of bladder cancer. Macroscopically tumor was non-papillary broad-based, gray-yellow and of a finger-tip sige. Microscopically, typical Michaelis-Gutmann bodies were found.
