術後35年経過した回腸膀胱形成術症例

A GOOD CONTROLLED CASE BY CLEAN INTERMITTENT CATHETERIZATION AFTER ILEOCYSTOPLASTY WITH TASKERS TECHNIQUE: THIRTY-FIVE YEARS SURVIVED CASE

　55歳，女性．1986年7月4日尿閉を主訴として新潟大学泌尿器科に入院した．患者は1955年4月結核性萎縮膀胱に対しTasker法による回腸膀胱形成術を受けていた．その後比較的良好であったが，時々腹痛と発熱を繰り返していた．1986年7月5日より金属カテーテルによる間欠自己導尿を開始したが，4年6ヵ月後の現在，経過良好である．本例はTasker法による膀胱拡大術の本邦第1例目の症例である．

A fifty-five year old female was referred to the department of urology in Niigata University Hospital with the chief complaint of urinary retention on July 4, 1986. She had been undergone ileocystoplasty with Tasker's technique for the control of urinary incontinence and pollakisuria due to tuberculous contracted bladder on April 25, 1955. She had been relatively well since then. But she developed fever and abdominal pain. After admission in our hospital, clean intermittent catheterization using metal catheter was begun every three hours.
