前立腺部尿道に発生した内反性乳頭腫

A CASE OF INVERTED PAPILLOMA AT THE PROSTATIC URETHRA

　症例69歳男性で，排尿困難を主訴として受診した．膀胱造影にて前立腺部尿道に小指大の陰影欠損を認め，尿道鏡では大小2個のポリープ様腫瘤であった．尿道腫瘍の診断にてTURを施行し，病理組織学的診断は内反性乳頭腫であった．前立腺部尿道より発生した内反性乳頭腫の本邦報告例13例を集計して，臨床的特徴を検討した．

A 69-year-old male visited us with the chief complaint of dysuria. Cystogram showed a filling defect of little finger-head size at the prostatic urethra and urethroscope revealed two tumors, large and small at the filling defect. TUR was performed under the diagnosis of urethral tumor and histopathological examination revealed inverted papilloma. Thirteen cases of inverted papilloma at the prostatic urethra were collected from Japanese literature and the clinical features were discussed.
