膀胱線維肉腫

FIBROSARCOMA OF THE BLADDER: A CASE REPORT

　46歳，女性。膀胱炎症状で来科し，下腹部に手拳大の腫瘤を触れた。CTでは14×13×12cmの膀胱内腫瘤が見られ，TUR生検では肉芽組織を主体とする病変と診断された。膀胱部分切除術により膀胱線維肉腫と判明した。本邦16例目と思われる。

A 46-year-old woman complained of gross hematuria, pain on urination and urinary frequency. Physical examination showed a fist-sized mass in the lower abdomen. Cystoscopy revealed a large non-papillary mass partly covered with necrotic fur. Computerized tomography demonstrated a 14 × 13 × 12 cm spherical mass in the bladder. Biopsy specimens obtained by TUR were granulation tissue. An antibiotic agent and prednisolone were given for 19 days. The mass slightly decreased in size and its inflammatory change disappeared on cystoscopy.
