Abstract 文献概要

　症例は71歳男性であり，尿道出血を主訴として受診した。尿道造影では前部尿道に多数の陰影欠損を認め，尿道鏡ではこれらは乳頭状であった。尿道腫瘍の診断にてTURを施行した。病理組織学診断はコンジローム型扁平乳頭腫であった。尿道乳頭腫本邦報告例46例を集計して，臨床的特徴を検討した。

A 71 year-old male visited us with the chief complaint of urethral bleeding. Urethrogram showed many filling defects at anterior urethra and urethroscope revealed these filling defects were papillary lesions. TUR was performed under the diagnosis of tumor of the anterior urethra. Histopathological examination revealed squamous papillomas of the condyloma type. Forty-six Japanese cases of urethral papilloma were collected and the clinical features were discussed.
