妊娠に成功した精嚢嚢状拡張症

A CASE OF THE SUCCESSFUL CONCEPTION BY α-AGONIST IN CYSTIC DILATATION OF THE SEMINAL VESICLES

　29歳の男性不妊を主訴とする精嚢嚢状拡張症の1例を経験した．本例は，精嚢領域の嚢胞性疾患としては本邦第74例目と思われる．本症は不妊を主訴として発見される例が多くなっており，また，不妊を主訴とする者に対しては，手術的な方法により治療が試みられてきたが成功率は低い．自験例ではα-作動薬内服にて自然妊娠に成功し，無事男子の出産を得た．

Cystic dilatation of the seminal vesicle was found in a male aged 29 whose chief complaint was male infertility. He had never ejaculated semen, but specimens taken by testicular biopsy demonstrated normal spermatogenesis. Diagnosis was confirmed by seminal vesiculography and pelvic computed tomographic scan. Methylephedrine was administered in a dose of 100 mg once a day and two weeks later he observed semen after orgasm. After 4 weeks, 137 × 10⁶ sperm/ml were found in the semen, and 6 months later his wife became pregnant and later gave birth to a healthy boy.
