異所性骨・軟骨形成を伴った膀胱移行上皮癌

TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA OF THE BLADDER WITH HETEROTOPIC OSSEOUS AND CARTILAGINOUS METAPLASIA

　87歳，男性．膀胱タンポナーデで受診した．膀胱鏡検査にて左尿管口部に胡桃大，小指頭大の乳頭状腫瘍を2個認めた．⁶⁰Co 30 Gy照射後，経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術を行うも石灰化が強く切除不能であったため，膀胱高位切開による腫瘍切除術施行．胡桃大の腫瘍は石様硬で，組織学的に移行上皮癌，Grade 3と骨・軟骨形成が認められた．

A 87-year-old male suffering from urinary vesical tamponade was admitted to our hospital. Cystoscopic examination showed two papillary tumors in the size of walnut and small finger tip near the left ureteral orifice. Supravesical resection was performed and the tumor revealed transitional cell carcinoma, grade 3, accompanied with osseous and cartilaginous metaplasia.
