　症例は84歳，男性。肉眼的血尿を認め，近医を受診した際，CTにて右腎腫瘍および膀胱腫瘍を指摘された。当院へ紹介され受診となり，経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術および根治的右腎摘出術，下大静脈合併部分切除術を施行した。病理学的には膀胱移行上皮癌（grade3）と腎細胞癌，明細胞亜型であった。腎細胞癌と膀胱癌との臨床的重複癌は，本邦では現在までに39例が報告されており，自験例は本邦40例目と考えられた。

A case of the simultaneous occurrence of renal cell carci-noma and bladder cancer in a 84-year-old man is reported.The patient suffering from gross hematuria was pointedout to have a right renal mass and bladder tumor by CT inanother clinic, was referred to our hospital. TUR-Bt andright total nephrectomy with vena caval thrombectomywere performed. Histopathological studies showed TCC,G3 of the urinary bladder and renal cell carcinoma, clearcell subtype. To date, this is 40th reported case in Japan.
