脳転移で発見された腎細胞癌の2例

TWO CASES OF RENAL CELL CARCINOMA REVEALED BY METASTASIS TO THE BRAIN

　頭痛および左半身麻痺をそれぞれ主訴とする腎細胞癌の2例を経験した。いずれも他の部位に転移巣を認め，保存的治療を行ったが数ヵ月以内に死亡した。脳転移症状で発見される腎細胞癌は少なく，その2例を報告する。

Two cases of renal cell carcinoma revealed by metastasis to the brain were presented. The first case was a 62-year-old man and he visited our hospital with the chief complaint of headache. The second case was a 79-year-old man who had complained of the left hemiplegia. Such cases of the renal cell carcinoma presented with the first symptom secondary to the brain metastasis are rare and were discussed in this report.
