保存的手術を行った同時発生左腎癌と右腎盂癌

CONSERVATIVE OPERATION FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY OCCURRED A LEFT RENAL CELL CARCINOMA AND A TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA OF RIGHT PELVIS: A CASE REPORT

　58歳の男性に同時発生した左腎細胞癌と上腎盂移行右皮癌を経験した。一側腎細胞癌と他側腎孟移行上皮癌の本邦第4例目であり，同時発生例としては本邦第1例目である。治療法は腎細胞癌，腎盂移行上皮癌ともにlow grade,low stageであったので両側腎とも保存的手術を行い，術後3年経過した現在，再発をみず健在である。

We experienced a left renal cell carcinoma and a transitional cell carcinoma of right renal pelvis which occurred simultaneously in a 58-year-old man as reported here. This is the 4th case of unilateral renal cell carcinoma and contralateral transitional cell carcinoma of renal pelvis and the 1st case of simultaneous occurrence in Japan. Conservative operation was conducted because the renal cell carcinoma as well as the transitional cell carcinoma were of low grade and low stage. Three years have passed since the operation and the patient is now healthy without relapse.
