　66歳，男性。無症候性肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科へ来院した。画像診断にて左腎腫瘍および右腎盂腫瘍と診断した。入院後，尿管鏡下に右腎盂腫瘍生検を施行し，病理診断はTCCG2であった。まず左腎部分切除術を施行し，左腎機能が良好なことを腎シンチグラフィにて確認した後に，1か月後に右腎尿管摘除術を行った。病理診断は，腎細胞癌，clear cell subtypeおよび移行上皮癌grade 2であった。腎細胞癌と腎盂尿管移行上皮癌の両側発生例は稀であり，本邦第14例目と思われる。

A 68-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with asymptomatic gross hematuria. Right retrograde pyelog-raphy demonstrated the filling defect, which had an irregular border, in the right renal pelvis. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) revealed a heterogeneous tumor in the lower portion of the left kidney. Retrograde ureteropyelos-copy revealed a papillary pelvic tumor. Under the diagnosis of left renal tumor and right renal pelvic tumor, at first left partial nephrectomy was performed. 2 week after the opera-tion,by renal scintigraphy, we examine the left renal func-tion and found to be good.
