　経皮的腎切石術，経皮的腎瘻術後の後出血を2例経験した。いずれの症例も腎動脈血管造影上，偽性動脈瘤を認め，1例は保存的治療法で，1例は塞栓術を施行して止血した。後出血の症例には腎動脈血管造影が診断に有用であり，保存的に止血困難な症例には塞栓術が有効である。後出血を避けるためには，腎血管系と腎孟腎杯系の解剖に熟知し，腎瘻造設時に穿刺経過を十分に注意して選択することが必要と考える。

Delayed renal bleeding following percutaneous puncture procedure occurred in 2 patients with renal calculi was reported. Pseudoaneurysm was found angiographically in both patients. In one patient bleeding was stopped by conservative treatment. In the other patient conservative treatment failed to control the bleeding, and then, he was treated successfully with transcatheter embolization techniques. A thorough undestanding of the anatomy of renal vessels and collecting system may help prevent these delayed bleedings.
