内分泌非活性両側副腎皮質腺腫

BILATERAL NONFUNCTIONAL ADRENOCORTICAL ADENOMAS

　44歳，女性。発熱のため近医受診し高血圧を指摘された。CT・超音波にて褐色細胞腫を疑われ当科に紹介された。内分泌学的検査は異常なし。左副腎全摘・右副腎腫瘍摘出術を施行し，病理組織学的には両側とも副腎皮質腺腫であった。高血圧は本態性と診断され，術後も降圧剤を服用しているが，ステロイド補充は要さず。術後5か月現在健康である。

A 44-year-old woman visited our hospital complaining of hypertension. A CT-scan and an echogram showed bilateral adrenal mass. Endocrine studies were normal. Left adrenalectomy and right adrenal tumors extirpation were performed. Histological diagnosis was bilateral adrenocortical adenomas. The adrenal insufficiency symptoms were not seen three months after the operation. Three cases of bilateral nonfunctional adrenocortical adenomas were reported in the Japanese literature.
