緒言

　内分泌非活性副腎皮質腫瘍は，比較的稀なものであり，とりわけ非活性型の副腎皮質腺腫は，本邦では未だ10例の報告を数えるに過ぎない。最近，われわれは，54歳の男性に偶然発見された内分泌非活性副腎皮質腺腫を経験したので，以下に報告する。

A 54 year-old man was admitted to our clinic with chief complaints of general malaise and anorexia. Roentgenographic examination revealed a right adrenal mass. But there were no endocrinological abnor-malities in the laboratory examination. Right adrenalectomy was performed. The tumor was well encapsulated and measured 2.5×2.0×1.8cm and weighed 14g. Histopathological diagnosis was adenoma of adrenal cortex and several hormonal contents of the tissue were within normal limit. We collected 11 cases, including our case from the Japaneses literature.
