　72歳，男性。主訴は排尿困難および肉眼的血尿。諸検査成績より前立腺肥大症と診断され，恥骨後式前立腺摘除術を施行した。病理組織学的に前立腺原発の粘液腺癌と診断され，再度，膀胱前立腺全摘除術を施行した。前立腺性酸ホスファターゼ，γ—セミノプロテインは術前・術後正常値であり，全身的検索にて明らかな転移は認められなかった。

A 72-year-old male was admitted with chief complaints of dysuria and macroscopic hematuria. Retropubic prostatectomy was performed under a diagnosis of benign prostatic hypertrophy. The histopathologic study revealed mucinous adenocarcinoma of the prostate. Subsequently, total cystopro-statectomy was performed. Serum levels of prostatic acid phosphatase and γ-seminoprotein were within normal range pre- and post- operatively. Radiographic examination revealed no metastatic findings.
