　53歳の主婦が右側腹部痛を主訴として来院。血尿，右水腎症を認め，逆行性腎盂尿管造影で右総腸骨血管との交叉部付近での狭窄を認めた。手術所見で右尿管は拡張した右卵巣血管により圧迫され癒着していた。尿管剥離術と卵巣血管の一部切除を行った。組織学的には右尿管壁は正常で，右卵巣静脈は拡張し器質化した血栓で充満していた。術後1年半のDIPは正常所見であった。

A 53-year-old housewife was admitted with a chief complaint of right flank colicky pain. DIP show-ed right hydronephrosis and hydroureter. RP revealed stenosis of right ureter at the level of common iliac vessels. We found the dilated right ovarian vessels which seemed to cause the stenosis of right ureter at operation, so ureterolysis and partial resection of right ovarian vessels were performed. Histo-pathological study showed normal right ureteral wall and dilated right ovarian vein which was filled with organized thrombus. 18 months after the operation, DIP showed normal finding.
