学校検診で顕微鏡的血尿を指摘された16歳の女性。DIP，逆後性腎盂造影を施行し，先天性水腎杯症と診断した。先天性水腎杯症は診断に迷うことが多い，稀な疾患である。
A case of congenital hydrocalycosis in a sixteen-year-old girl is described. Congenital hydrocalycosis is rare and it is important clinically to differentiate it from renal malignancy and other usual forms of hydronephrosis.
