Aarskog症候群の1例

AARSKOG SYNDROME: A CASE REPORT

　5歳，男児。両側停留精巣の手術を目的に入院した。2歳時，低身長・特異的顔貌・短指症・両側停留精巣・外陰部形態の異常などによりAarskog症候群と診断された。入院後，内分泌系等に問題なく両側精巣固定術を施行した。自験例は文献上，本邦17例目と思われる。

A 5-year-old boy whose chief complaints were bilateral undesending testes and deformity of scro-tum was referred to our hospital. The diagnosis of Aarskog syndrome have been made by short suture with typical facial, digital, and genital anomalies. Laboratory data and X-ray examinations were normal. Bilateral orchidopexy was performed. Only 17 cases of Aarskog syndrome have been reported in Japan.
