多睾丸症

POLYORCHIDISM: A CASE REPORT AND REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE

　患者は3歳の男子で，生来尿道下裂と右停留睾丸を指摘され来院した。外陰部の異常の他には理学的所見に異常は認めなかった。索切除術および右睾丸固定術を行った際に，鼠径部右停留睾丸の上方に小豆大の過剰睾丸が認められた。上位睾丸摘除と下位睾丸の生検を行い，病理組織学的には共に未熟な睾丸組織であった。染色体は46XYであった。自験例は本邦第12例目となる。

A 3-year-old boy was admitted because of penile hypospadia and right cryptorchidism since birth. Physical examination revealed a healthy, well-developed boy except for the above anomalies. Chordectomy and right orchidopexy were performed. At operation a soybean-size testis with epididymis was found in the right inguinal canal. Another red-bean-size mass was also recognized above the right testis and was dissected. The biopsy of the right testis was performed. Histological examination of these specimens showed immature testicular tissues composed of almost Sertoli cells.
