後腹膜海綿状血管腫

RETROPERITONEAL CAVERNOUS HEMANGIOMA: A CASE REPORT

　53歳，男性。検診で偶然，右季肋部の円形石灰化陰影を指摘された。精査の結果，後腹膜腫瘍と診断し腫瘤摘出術を施行した。腫瘍は重量179g,9.5×6.0×5.5cmの大きさで，組織学的には海綿状血管腫であった。自験例は本邦14例目と思われる。

A 53-year-old male was referred to our hospital because of a round calcified shadow on the plain X-ray film of abdomen. Echogram and CT scanning of abdomen revealed a round retroperitoneal tumor with egg-shell like calcification. ¹³¹I adsterol scintigram suggested that the tumor originated from the extraadrenal retroperitoneal space. The tumor was removed without adhesion and no tumor vessels were identified. It weighed 170 g, and was 9. 5 × 6. 0 × 5. 5 cm in size. Microscopic appearance was that of the cavernous hemangioma.
