後腹膜海綿状血管腫の1例

A CASE REPORT OF RETROPERITONEAL CAVERNOUS HEMANGIOMA

　70歳，女性。1985年2月左季肋部痛，食欲減退，食後悪心を主訴として当院内科に入院し精査中，後腹膜腫瘍を指摘された。逆行性腎盂造影で左腎が下方に押しさげられ腎盂腎杯の圧排変形が見られた。CTでは横隔膜下，左後腹膜腔に大きな腫瘍を認めた。摘出重量1,800g，大きさ14×15×15cmで，組織学的には海綿状血管腫であつた。これは本邦13例目にあたる。

A 70-year-old woman had complaints of hypochondralgia, anorexia and nausea. She was pointed out a large tumor in the left retroperitoneal space in February, 1985. Retrograde pyelography demon-strated that the left kidney was deviated downward, deformed and compressed by the tumor. CT scan demonstrated that the tumor was located at the left-upper retroperitoneal space with capsule. The removed specimen weighted 1,800 gr and sized 14×15×15 cm. The pathological diagnosis was a caver-nous hemangioma. This is the 13th case of retroperitoneal cavernous hemangioma in Japan.
