腎oncocytomaの1例

A CASE OF RENAL ONCOCYTOMA

　59歳，男性。超音波検査で右腎中央部に腫瘍を指摘され来院した。DIPで異常なく，CTにて腎実質と等吸収域を示し造影剤で増強されない小腫瘤を認めた。右腎動脈造影では異常を認めなかったが，乏血管性の悪性腫瘍を疑い，右腎全摘出術を施行した。周囲腎実質と同様の色調を示す2.0×1.5×1.5cmの腫瘤で，組織学的には好酸性顆粒状細胞質を持つ細胞よりなるoncocytomaであった。なお，本症例は本邦で24例目でかつ最小のものであった。

The echography revealed a small mass on the right kidney of 59 years old man who received a routine physical examination. A KUB and DIP was normal but CT demonstrated a small mass in the right kidney. The density of the mass on plain CT was same as the renal parenchyma and was not enhanced on ehnanced CT. Renal angiography showed no evidence of abnormality. A total nephrecto-my was performed on suspicion of malignancy.
