中心部嚢胞状変化を示した腎オンコサイトーマの2例

TWO CASES OF RENAL ONCOCYTOMA

　健診後の精査のため，超音波検査を施行したところ，2例に腎腫瘤が偶然見つかった。CT上，腫瘤は辺縁明瞭で内部には嚢胞状変化を認めた。腎癌の診断で根治的腎摘出術を施行した。2例とも肉眼的に，境界明瞭で茶褐色の腫瘍で中心部嚢胞には被膜を認めた。壊死によるものでないと考えられた。病理診断は腎オンコサイトーマであった。光顕上，嚢胞には被覆細胞が認められた。

Two men were incidentally found to have a renal mass by ultrasonography in a health check-up. CT scan revealed that the masses were well-circumscribed and homogeneous with central cystic changes. The patients underwent radical nephrectomy under the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. The pathological diagnosis was renal oncocytoma. Light microscopy showed that the central cysts in two patients were lined with endoepith-elial cells.
