鼠径部精索に発生した悪性神経鞘腫

MALIGNANT SCHWANNOMA OF THE SPERMATIC CORD: A CASE REPORT

　患者は60歳，男性。生来レックリングハウゼン病を有するが，5ヵ月前より右鼠径部腫瘤が出現した。右鼠径部に鵞卵大，硬く可動性のある腫瘤を触知したので，腫瘤を含む高位除睾術を行つた。摘出標本は7×6×3cm,120gで，肉眼的に精索より発生したものと判断され，組織学的に悪性神経鞘腫の所見を呈した。精索に発生する悪性神経鞘腫はきわめて稀で，鼠径部精索より発生したものとしては本邦第1例である。

A 60-year-old male patient with neurofibromatosis was admitted with chief complaint of a painless mass in the right inguinal region. A diagnosis of spermatic cord tumor in the right inguinal region was made, and radical orchiectomy was carried out. The resected tumor was 7 × 6 × 3 cm in size and 120 g in weight. Histological diagnosis was malignant schwannoma. The patient is well without any signs of recurrence or metastasis 27 months after the operation.
