小児先天性膀胱憩室による腹膜内膀胱自然破裂の1例

NON TRAUMATIC INTRAPERITONEAL RUPTURE OF URINARY BLADDER WITH CONGENITAL DIVERTICULUM

緒言

　幼小児における下部尿路通過障害を伴つた腹膜内膀胱破裂は比較的高頻度にみられるとされている^1）。しかし，下部尿路通過障害を伴わない先天性膀胱憩室の破裂は極くまれであり，報告例も少ない。著者らは先天性膀胱憩室による腹膜内への膀胱破裂を来した10歳男児の症例を経験したので報告する。

A 10-year-old boy, who had acute abdominal pain, was hospitalized on suspicion of acute appendi-citis. The exploratory laparatomy revealed the straw-colored ascites of 200 ml and urinary bladder diverticulum. But the perforated site on the wall of diverticulum could not be recognized and the balloon catheter was indwelt.

Four days later contrast cystography was done, which showed no leakage. The catheter was removed and the patient had good urinary stream.
