腎外傷を契機に発見された腎腫瘍の1例

A CASE OF RENAL TUMOR FOUND IN ACCIDENTAL RENAL TRAUMA

緒言

　病的腎は軽微な外力により損傷を受けやすく，血尿を生ずることが多いが，その発症契機より原疾患が時として見のがされることがある。最近われわれは腎外傷を契機に発見された腎細胞癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 66 year old man was admitted to a community hospital with the chief complaint of total gross hematuria following fall down from a bicycle and blow to his left flank. The patient was treated with bed rest and conservertive therapy. Gross hematuria ceased by the second hospital day but a deeply situated mass in the left flank on admission continued through the following several weeks.

Because of his mass in the left flank and recurrence of total gross hematuria, he was referred to our university hospital for urological examination. On admission to our hospital vital signs were normal.
