排尿障害を主訴として受診した続発性前立腺癌の1例を報告した。症例は67歳，1985年4月に食道癌で手術の既往がある。前立腺の針生検で扁平上皮癌とわかり，前立腺TUR後の病理診断にて食道癌の前立腺転移によるものであることがわかつた。排尿障害を来すような続発性前立腺癌は少なく，その予後は不良である。
We reported on a case of 67-yaer-old male with secondary prostatic tumor. He had undergone total esophagectomy in April 1985. He complained of dysuria and perineal prostatic needle biopsy showed squamous cell carcinoma. The specimen of TUR-P revealed metastatized prostatic carcinoma from former esophageal cancer.
