会陰部異所性睾丸の1例

A CASE OF ECTOPIC TESTIS

　右陰嚢内容欠損を主訴として受診した会陰部異所性睾丸の1例を報告した。症例は6歳男児で，手術所見上，睾丸導帯と思われるものが会陰部に向かつており，それを切断することで容易に睾丸固定ができた．組織学的には間質の硝子化の強い未熟睾丸であつた．自験例は本邦18例目と思われる。

A 6-year-old boy was admitted to our hospital complaining of right empty scrotal contents. Physical examination revealed the mass of normal testis size at the right perineum. On surgical exploration the gubernaculum was found and fixed to the perineum. Histological report described artophic immature testis. Brief review of the ectopic preineal testis was made with 18 reported cases from Japanese litera-ture.
