生後3日，男児．左陰嚢内容の欠損および会陰部腫瘤で受診した．理学所見，超音波断層より左会陰部異所性精巣と診断した．自験例は本邦19例目と思われる．
A 3-day-old boy was seen because of the absence of the left scrotal contents and a perineal mass. Physical examination and ultrasonography revealed a mass in the left perineum. The diagnosis of perineal ectopic testis was made. This is the 19th case of perineal ectopic testis in Japan.
