先天性尿膜管異常症の2例

CONGENITAL URACHAL ABNORMALITIES: A REPORT OF TWO CASES

　症例1は2歳男児で，臍部腫脹および臍よりの漿液漏出を主訴に来院した。触診にて臍下部に腫瘤を認め腫瘤摘出術を行つたところ尿膜管嚢胞であつたが組織学的検索により消化管上皮，膵腺房などの迷芽を伴う非常に稀な症例であることが判明した。

　症例2は3ヵ月男児で臍尿瘻を主訴に来院，尿膜管摘出術を施行したところ尿膜管遺残症であつた。2例とも術後経過は良好である。

Case 1: A 2-year-old male had had serous discharge from the umbilicus since the age of one year and 11 months. Physical examination revealed a golfball-sized mass below the umbilicus. The Urachus was surgically removed and the umbilicus was reconstructed. The excised mass was 3×2×1.5cm in size and was diagnosed to be a urachal cyst with stray germ tissue of gastric intestinal and pancreatic glands.
