尿膜管腫瘍の2例

TWO CASES OF URACHAL TUMOR

緒言

　尿膜管腫瘍は，比較的稀な悪性新生物であり，その予後は不良である。われわれは，最近本症の2例を経験したので，その臨床経過に若干の考察を加えて報告する。

Two cases of urachal carcinoma is described.

The first case, a 42-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with asymptomatic grosshematuria. Cystoscopic examination revealed a thumb-tip sized sessile tumor in the dome of the urinary bladder. The excretory urogram demonstrated normal upper urinary tracts. Physical examination and the results of routine laboratory tests were unremarkable. Partial resection of the bladder including a part of the peritoneum was performed. Histologic examination of the resected tumor disclosed adenocarcinoma. No recurrence of the carcinoma was observed for 2 years and 4 months postoperatively.
