右側腹部痛を主訴とした37歳女性の両側性腎周囲嚢胞症例を報告した。CTスキャンで腎周囲に多胞性の液体貯留をしめし，生検標本でリンパ管由来と思われる嚢胞と組織診断された。本症は極めて稀な疾患であり，本邦では初めての報告と思われる。
A case of perirenal lymphatic cysts is reported. On CT scan and ultrasound sonography, both kidneys were surrounded by a multilobulated structure with clear fluid collections. Specimens were obtained by lumbotomy. Pathological diagnosis was benign lymphatic cysts.
