腹圧性尿失禁を主訴に尿失禁外来を受診した患者のうち，2名で膀胱腟瘻を発見した。2例とも産婦人科手術が直接の原因となり発生した。尿失禁患者の術前検査として膀胱尿道造影は必要欠くべからざる検査である。
We have reported two cases of vesicovaginal fistulae whose complaints were just as those of stress incontinence.One had undergone transabdominal hysterectomy recently,and the other Caesarean opera-tion 25 years ago.We believe that vesicourethrography is mandatory for evaluating pathogenesis of urinary incontinence.
