MILK OF CALCIUM RENAL STONE: REPORT OF A CASE AND REVIEW OF LITERATURES

　症例は39歳男性，肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科を受診，KUB臥位にて，18×17mmの淡い類円形顆粒状石灰化陰影を左腎に認め，KUB立位では，上方に水平面を有する半月様石灰化陰影を認めた。左腎杯憩室内に生じたMilk of Calcium Renal Stone C型と診断し，左腎部分切除術を施行，憩室内には無数の小結石が存在し，径約3mmの交通路により上腎杯と交通していた。自験例は，本邦74例目にあたると思われる。

The patient was a 39-year-old man who had complained of macrohematuria for three months. The plain film revealed a round opaque calcified density in the upper portion of the left kidney in supine position, which became half moon shadow with a horizontal border in upright position. Under the diagnosis of milk of calcium renal stone, partial nephrectomy of the left kidney was performed. Postope-rative chemical analysis of these stones revealed calcium oxalate. Seventy-four cases of milk of calcium renal stone were collected from Japanese literature and discussions were carried out.
