膀胱にみられた異所性前立腺組織の1例

A CASE OF ECTOPIC PROSTATIC TISSUE IN BLADDER

緒言

　正常の膀胱頸部から三角部にかけての粘膜下にみられる前立腺組織は，subcervical, subtrigonalglandsと呼ばれているが，その他の部位の膀胱壁筋層内に，異所性前立腺組織を認めた報告はまれである。われわれは，膀胱の尿管口間靱帯やや後方にみられた異所性前立腺組織の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 69-year-old man who was found to have microscopic hematuria accidentally by physical check-up was referred to this hospital on April 16, 1976. Cystoscopic examination revealed a red-bean sized semi-spherical tumor covered with normal bladder mucosa which located just behind the interureteric ridge near the right ureteral orifice. The tumor was resected transurethrally. Histological diagnosis was myo-adenomatous prostatic tissue. Postoperative course was uneventful but he still had microscopic hematuria on April, 1977. A review of the literature on ectopic prostatic tissue was presented and etiology was discussed.
