緒言
近年，積極的な尿道鏡検査の施行により後部尿道ポリープとして異所性前立腺組織例の報告が散見される1〜8）。しかし，膀胱内に見られる異所性前立腺組織の報告例は稀である。われわれは膀胱腫瘍を疑わせる程大きな異所性前立腺腺腫の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 32-year-old man was admitted to the hospital with the complaint of intermittent gross hematuria and discomfort on urination.
Laboratory finding was normal. Retrograde urethrovesicograms showed a shadow defect in the urinary bladder. Cystoscopic examination revealed a walnut-sized spherical tumor covered with hyperemic irreguler mucosa which was located at left lateral wall near the bladder neck. Biopsy specimen indicated no malignant tumor.
Segmental cystectomy was performed under the diagnosis of benign bladder tumor. Histological examination proved ectopic prosatic hyperplasia.
